Only Own 1st Campaign [PRO] Not NightFALL But Can I Used Blank Fow Armouw w/Insignia?

As far as i know FoW armour currently can not be fitted with Insignia's whether you have NF or not.

Yes, you can buy clean insignia free FoW armour and no, I have no idea wether or not you can buy it without Nightfall

Yes, and you can get the insignia from any rune trader in Prophecies.
